After publication, landlords may formally dispute a review. We maintain full moderation logs of all decisions.

Personal: full name, email address, phone number. Rental: address history, reviews, tenancy dates, landlord responses, verification documents. Device: IP address, device type, OS, analytics. Authentication: limited info from Apple or Google Sign-In. Waitlist: email and city for launch notification.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you join our launch waitlist, we store your email, optional name, city, and role. This data is used only to notify you when the app launches. You can request removal at any time by emailing info@renttruth.app.
